Refund policy

WE HAVE UPDATED OUR POLICY TO MAKE IT EASIER ON EVERYONE!

Returns & Exchanges

DUE TO RECENT HEALTH & SAFETY, WE ARE NOT TAKING PRODUCT RETURNS.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product and will refund or send a replacement product if notified within 30 days from purchase. If it is past 30 days since you purchased, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your exchange or refund we require the following:

    1. Receipt for the items being returned. Email sales@artifylifestye.com (Subject: RETURN) and include the email copy, image/pdf of your receipt as proof of purchase.
    2. If there is a material defect, quality issue, or shipping damage, please provide a photo documenting the issue.
    3. We will confirm your request and follow-up with a resolution or request any further information we may need.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We will exchange for size on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund for any reason.

Refunds
Once you are approved to receive a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days after we confirm your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@artifylifestyle.com (Subject: REFUND).

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you have a specific question, please let us know by emailing sales@artifylifestyle.com so we can assure you are happy!

Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
