When will I receive my order?

Your order goes directly to our manufacturer partners in North Carolina, Chicago, Ill, or the Atlanta, GA area (depending on the item) where it is made and fulfilled within 2-3 days** of confirming your payment.

Face Masks are ready for shipment from within 24 hours of your order. 

** PLEASE NOTE ** Due to COVID-19, our manufacturing facilities experienced reduced capacity which lengthened shipping times. While we did experience shipping times up 7-10 days during the peak, overall time has returned to normal as of 8/1/2020. Like so many, safety and health is our #1 priority and we will continue to update times as capacity and safety dictates.

Standard shipping via the USPS typically takes 2-4 days, depending on your location.

EXPRESS Shipping will deliver it in 2 days from leaving our manufacturer.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We will email you a tracking number the moment your item(s) are ready to ship. If you have a variety of items, some may ship sooner than others and you will receive notifications for each item.

Can I expedite shipping?

YES! We have enabled EXPEDITED shipping as an option. You can select either Standard (FREE) shipping or EXPEDITED shipping after verifying the ship-to address.

Do you sell outside of the United States?

Not yet. We are a young brand and are taking each step carefully to ensure the best quality and experience. We appreciate the desire for Artify Life™ products and we are working to make them available far and wide!

How will I know when Artify Life™ has made a donation to charity from sales?

Artify Life™ pays charities at the end of the year. 

Do you sell Canvas Prints of the art? 

Digitally printing artwork and selling for decor is a popular trend. We do not print copies of the art on its own to preserve the uniqueness of how you incorporate it into your life: beautiful clothing, useful accessories, elegant and functional decor.

 Can I return an item or get a refund if it is damaged when I receive it?

We do not take returns at this time. If an item is damaged when you receive it, please take a photo of it and send to with your name and date of purchase. We will quickly review and in most cases have a new item sent your way immediately.

On promotions like our "7 Days of Savings", we will only send you a replacement item within 30 days of your purchase if it is damaged in shipping or defective. As always, email us if you  have a concern!

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases
now and pay for them in 4 payments made every 2 weeks
without any interest.

How do I use Afterpay?
Simply shop online or in-store (where available) and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay
and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility
requirements to qualify.

How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments
before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your
payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single
Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on the retailer website using Afterpay.

What products are not eligible for purchase using
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased
using Afterpay?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
